Review, approval and disbursement responsibilities are assigned to different officer roles.

Welfare, savings and credit services are organised around the practical needs of members and their households.

Handles receipting, recording of contributions and reconciliation of venture records.
Secretary
Maintains member registers and records, and carries out review responsibilities assigned to the role.
Member
Participates in the chosen venture, contributes as required and accesses their own records.
