Member confidence

Clear records. Accountable processes.

Upatanisho maintains member records, contributions, receipts, loans and approvals through structured processes designed to support accountability across its ventures.

Member protections

Receipts and statements

Member payments are recorded against the appropriate account so receipts and statements can be produced from the same financial records.

Role-based access

Members access their own records while officers work through assigned roles, permissions and venture responsibilities.

Controlled approvals

Important financial actions follow defined review and approval stages designed to support accountability and separation of duties.

Separate venture books

SACCO, Self Help Group and Credit Venture records remain financially separated while members can use one profile.
